What's the process? It's a paved road but really busted up and old, they've paved all the roads around it but this one.

  1. There's nothing you can.  My family and neighbours have been asking/demanding that the road outside our houses be repaved (re-surfaced is the proper term) for 20 YEARS.  And the Council Department responsible say they have got no money left to do it.

  2. Go file a report or complaint at your city hall

  3. Approach one of your city counsel members about it and follow their instructions to put it before the city counsel.

  4. Well if we get a "Gas Tax Holiday" it will never get fixed because there will be no money to do it.

I wanted to add something to "K's" answer. You can run for City Counsel, or Road Commissioner which ever you need to, to get to be in charge of city/county road repairs.  Where I come from the Road Commissioners had the nicest roads, and the rest of us are screwed.
