Question:

What do I do if I was wrongfully fired?

I started my job right out of college on an internship. I worked there 7 months with no mistakes. While working there many people, even new hires, screwed all kinds of parts up. Then they fired me for supposedly scrapping one order. I went home and called Quality Control and they said that I didn't scrap ANY orders. Then my supervisor was telling other employees I was fired for getting loud with him which I never did.

WHAT SHOULD I DO OR CAN I DO?

  1. Unless you had a contract, were in a union, or think you were secretly fired for some discriminatory reason, there's nothing you can do.
