What do I do if an ecrater item?

I ordered an iPod touch from ecrater (my cheapness got the best of me) and the person accepted the money but won't respond to my emails. I only ordered it two days ago, though, and the item's description says they ship from Sweden (so it could take up to two weeks to arrive). What do I do if the whole thing was a scam? I paid with Paypal, so it's not like they have my credit card or anything, but they do already have money I sent...

If you don't receive the item in a reasonable amount of time contact paypal and go thru their dispute procedure, i wouldn't worry quite yet, unless you found something out about them that would cause you to/
