What do I do if my computer still will not...

Question

I have loaded the creative file assistant software onto my computer but it still will not accept or recognize it. We have tried reloading etc as well as trying the different Pfaff software FAQ search and they failed also. I dont't know what else to do. Could you please help me? This is Pfaff creative 2140 sewing/ embroidery machine
