What do I do if my little brother keeps coming on to me and I dont want it?

Now im 19 years old and he is still only 14. Hes never really expressed any sexual desire for me until about a year ago (mid 2007). It started when I came home from track pratice i was complaning that my back was hurting and out of no where he started rubbing my back, I really thought nothing of it, thought he was just being nice. Then thoughout the rest of the summer and into the fall, he was always like maybe touching and rubbing me on the shoulder, back, leg ect. I felt a bit weirded out, but wasnt too worried about it, we've never really been that close. Then maybe around christmas, probally a month or so after that, I dont remember, he was talking with me in our living room, he was saying how great of a sister i've been over the years and then for the first time ever he kissed me on the cheek (now i became worried). Anyway ever since then hes been still rubbing/touching me here and there and even started rubbing my back under my shirt, which is really creepy, he is also kissing me on the cheek here and there. And all through the past year hes been flirting around with me and i've just been sick of it. Then yesturday he crossed the line, I was sitting on our front porch with 3 of my friends and he came out so the 5 of us were talking, then my friends all leave, and its just me and him. I stayed cause it was a nice night and he is talking about how good of a sister i am again and then he just plants this huge tougue filled long kiss. He was almost making out with me before i pushed him away and ran up to my room. I havent spoken to him since i hope you all can tell me what i can do?

just to be sure i hope you don't have any younger siblings like a little girl perhaps if so keep him away from her you don't know what he's capable of and another thing he's f**king gross but still young he needs a good a** whipping and make sure your parents get to it if not you need to take matters into your own hands because this is a serious matter try to get him help. Then get him a hot girl.

Tell your parents so they can get him some help, Let your brother know you love him dearly but not in that way. Let him know you want the best for him and that the path he is heading too isn't gonna take him there. Don't make fun of his actings( like talk to your friends about it and laugh over it when ever you see him) but at the same time hide nothing from your parents for he does need serious help.

I agree with no 1... hurt him where it counts and tell him to NEVER EVER DO THAT AGAIN... its incest and its GROSS..... and WRONG... eeww.........  thats so sad........ wow... tell your parents that they need to get him help and NOW.!!!!!!!!!!!   DONT HIDE IT to protect him... that would be wrong............ if you dont speak up then you will feel weird and bad and wrong and icky about it until it all comes out in the open... SPEAK UP NOW....... and dont ever let him touch you ever again... not even for a back rub.

This is really bad... i dont really know what to do. But it is soo horrible to have a family member after you. It is unbelievable in a way, this situation with your brother.

You shouldnt have to be afraid living with him. How do you honestly feel about his advances though? You dont return his feelings, do you?

I dont know what to do like i said. I just think.. avoid him as much as you can. Tell him outstraight to leave you the f*ck alone. Whatever you do, dont tell your parents or anyone else !  THe moment you tell a school friend, is the moment that the whole school will know. Trust me.

better talk to your parents about it first. discuss things that could help your brother realize that what he feels for you is wrong. probably have him see a counselor.
