Question:

What do I do if my mail isn't being delivered? ?

I moved into a new apartment building. Apparently the landlord never contacted the USPS about people living here. On Monday I was told that mail was going to start being delivered on Tuesday. It never came. I called the local post office, and no one answered so I left a message. Today I tried ordering books online and it said that the USPS didn't recognize my address. I tried calling the USPS 1-800 number and it said to call back. I tried e-mailing the USPS and there was no "submit" button.

I just want my mail. Anyone know where it is?

  1. what does ordering books on line have to do with the usps???   YOU need to go to the post office and give them all your new information!!! not the landlord!!!!

  2. It would be best to go to the closest post office, its probably being held there. These situations, though inconvenient, are best to be handled in person.

I moved into a new condo earlier this year, and since it wasn't ready on time I had to change my address 3 times in 2 months since I was in temporary housing.

It took a trip to the Post Office to get all my mail. Do it soon since I had a late fee on a bill since I never got my mail.
