Ok. Since MS publisher went totally wrong with my website, I have decided to use dreamweaver and photoshop. Now I have made a template for the home page in photoshop and I have sliced it. I did File>Save to Web and I can view it in dreamweaver. So how do I make the navigation tabs and links clickable so they can navigate to another page. And do I have to make the other page that they navigate to again in photoshop? Plus do you have any helpful tutorials? Thanks!!

  1. A wise move switching from Publisher to Dreamweaver.

In DW make a selection of text or an image. Make sure you have Window> Properties checked. In the Properties inspector click on the folder icon and browse to the page you want to link to.

On page one.html "save as" page two.html. Then you won't have to repeat every step. Eventually you can learn about templates in DW.
