What do I do now? MY visa payment has not been received by the visa company, although I paid it from my debit

I paid it from my debit card on the internet, It has gone from my bank-account but where? I have printed a copy of my statement for the day it went out so I have proof that it was taken but the visa say they have not received it. What do I do now?. Please help me.

Take the Statement to your Bank and tell them to investigate it for you, also ask them why the money has gone and yet you are having problems. The Bank should check it for you. I had the same problem so I went and they sorted it out. You cannot argue with any of these people if you phone the visa office as half of them on the phone do not know what to do and expect you to sort it out. I can tell you they are useless. Been there and done that ..!!

call and talk to a customer service rep at visa,  offer to fax your reciept in.  may have been posted incorrectly to an other person account.

Take your receipt to the bank, get them to pull the history and find out where it went.  If they insist it went to Visa, they need to print you a copy of their proof and you call Visa and tell them you have proof of payment, and ask them where to fax it.

Your Bank Statement should give a routing number of where your payment went. Your bank should be able to tell you where and when...give them a call or better go in and talk to the Bank Manager.
