  1. stay till you are ordered out. find a small apt. get an atty. look for a job.

  2. First, you are married and have a daughter but your name is I love Zac Efron? Time to grow up.

It depends on what state you live in. If it is a community property state you may have rights to any profits of the house.

You need to contact a divorce attorney right now.

  3. SO MOVE OUT FIND A SMALL PLACE FOR YOU AND CHILD, STAY UNTIL THEY COME AND THROW YOU OUT

MEAN WHILE RELAX IT IS NOT IN YOUR NAME SO YOU STILL HAVE ABOUT 6 TO 8 MONTHS TO GET A JOB AND FIND A ROOMATE TO MOVE IN WITH

RELAX YOU ARE GOING TO BE FINE

  4. find another place to live while waiting on foreclosure....i am sorry this is happening to you.....the foreclosure will take a little while so you still have some time left.....also you could go ahead and finalize your divorce so that he has some responsibility legally to help financially support your daughter....you may even be able to force him to provide a home for her which, of course means you have one too.....oh, and unfortunately if the mortgage is in his name only i dont believe you will be able to sell the house on your own...he has to sign the paperwork for that....you have no legal tie to it or the credit issues that come with it
