What do I do to get my xbox 360 fixed?

I have filled out the repair console form on xbox.com/support page. That is all I have done, I was wondering if I was suppose to do any thing else? Also my boxes status is a continues red flashing of all the quadrants on the ring except the top left quadrant, and the error # is 74.

Um .. XBOX should send you a box in like 3-5 business days. You put your broken XBOX in the box.. and then send it back to them, with the shipping label they included. They will send you a brand new one, in a week or so.

Its just the red rings of death.. pretty much every xbox gets it after a while. Nothing really you can do to fix it..

When my xbox broke they sent a box to my house and i had to send it to microsoft. If you filled out an online form, then you should get an e-mail or something soon.

it won't take the disc see if you can clean it or something or you can do what that other guy did that was talking about sending it off it work on every xbox
