I bought a sweeney todd razor at the mall earlier today and was sitting here playing with it and cut my thumb... it's not major but hurts a lot....

I got a band aid on it but should I do more?

  1. Neosporin helps a LOT! If you don't know what that is it's a triple antibiotic first aid ointment, you can buy it at any drugstore... It kills germs and helps the cut heal faster! Just clean the wound, put a dab of Neo on it, and put the band-aid over it.

  2. Wash it off, put something such as bacitracin on it, then put a bandaid on it. It'll protect the cut. Then all you can do is wait

  3. I love Neosporin

  4. Hope you used some peroxide over the cut first. If it has a small opening to it, try closing it with steri strips, clean the wound with alcohol, apply some Neosporin over the cut and place a band-aid over it and around your thumb. Change the band-aid a couple of times a day. If you would prefer, get yourself a bottle of New Skin at your pharmacy,  looks like clear nail polish and smells like polish remover. Just cover the cut with it and blow on it until it is dry. It will last a long time, and you won't even need a band-aid. It burns lightly when applied, just keep blowing on it. The cut will heal in record time, using the New Skin. Wishing you the very best young lady and the best of luck.
