What do I do to help her?

My friend likes this guy and he is in the army and she thinks he likes her but I don't think he does and she is really caught up in him and wont let it go. What do I say to her?

When friends are smitten like this they usually don't listen to reason.  all you can do is be there for her.  Tell your opinion honestly and with kindness when asked.  Otherwise keep out of it until invited in.

If/When this falls apart she is going to need you for support and comfort.  That is when you will need to step in and be a friend to her.  Until then, it is something that must take it's course.

Tell your friend she needs to let go cause if something is to happen to him, then she'll end up missing him even more. Good Luck!
