I followed all the steps to add videos on a psp correctly, i made a 100mnv01 folder like i was suppose to and all the videos i put were mp4 format....they all were copied into this folder succesfully, but when i checked on the psp...it says that there are no videos on the memory stick....what am I doing wrong?

  1. Did limewire specify they were for PSP or iPod? Both devices use MP4, however are converted differently. I haven't been able to get any iPod converted videos to work on my PSP. Also, even with the MP4 extension, they could still be converted in AVC, which means they go in a different folder, 100ANV01 I believe. And also named differently, MAQ at the beginning instead of MP4. If you're on 2.80 or above, one way to solve that to see if that is the issue, is to put the videos in the VIDEO folder, as from 2.80 they no longer need to be named correctly or placed in the MP_ROOT folder.

If that doesn't work, then it could be that they are iPod MP4 converted. Only way to get around it is to reconvert them using PSPVideo9
