What do I do w/ this rash on my face?

I decided to try this new moisturizer. I wake up the following morning and my entire face is red and bumpy! I'm pretty sure it's an allergic reaction. Any suggestions on what I should do or take?I was told to just wash my face with plain and water and moisturize...and it will eventually go away? I'm pretty desperate at this point...my face looks like a gourd :(

try over the counter cortisone.. to help with the irritation and use a mild cream like cetaphil that wont irritate skin

Apply lotion onto it and let it moisturize it. Then wash your face with some warm water. It should go away in a few days, no worries.

andrea's right, use cortisone, it took care of my rash earlier this week.

take a knife and shave ur face so its a new layer... lol jk
