  1. Well depends. One dog generally no problem. More than one your in trouble.

FIRST I would stand still stare them in the eyes and growl or yell back and get a belt out or anything to wrap around your arm so if they bite you can get them to bite that. Once they bite they tend to stay locked and now if you have them on your belt or shirt you can now do whatever do it.

I have pepper spray and if I was attacked it would get a mouth full of that rather than trying to fight it. I have also side stepped a Rotty once and hit him in the head as he lunged by me and left him stunned and he never bothered me again.

If you can climb up something too that will also help!

  2. I've heard that if you can get your fist into their mouth, they can't bite anywhere else and you can hold them down and sit on them until they calm down.

  3. climb a tree. if u dont know how to climb a tree........u learn

  4. If yelling doesnt work and it still comes at u ur supposed to shove ur fist down its throat and that will stop the dog from biting u.

  5. Bite back.

PS: Is Guyster's avatar in drag?

  6. Don't move! You cannot outrun a dog, no matter how fast you are. Running only provokes an angry dog.

Look away. Staring an aggressive dog in the eyes is a challenge.

Use a soft, soothing tone of voice. Loud, angry-sounding words and screaming only spur on the dog.

If you have anything in your hand, use it to shield your body. A jacket, purse, briefcase, or hat can be useful in this situation though it will only buy you a few seconds to consider your next move. Hold the object out as the dog attempts to bite so that the dog bites the object instead of you.

Keep your arms to your side, with your fingers curled in so the dog can't bite them.

If he bites you, DO NOT PULL AWAY. This only spurs the dog on. Remain calm. Try to ram a stick, broom handle, etc down the dog's throat to make him gag and let you go. Don't hit the dog. Again, that just makes the situation worse.

If you are on the ground, curl into a fetal position. Cover your head and neck. Lay perfectly still. Usually a still target is boring to the dog and they will retreat.

  7. You might try yelling "no" very loudly.

It may sound funny, but when I delivered papers when I was younger, I found that if I moved toward them and shouted authoritatively it often worked.  The "dog whisperer" makes similar suggestions... your authoritative posture will often get them under control.  I learned that cowering or running or kicking quietly never worked.

d**n, I've been outed.  Yes, I'm wearing a dress.  Just trying to be different.

  8. Run O.O

  9. Keep your hands in front of you with palms tight and fingers together.  Do not run.  If you have your hands tight, he can't bite and if they're out in front of you, he can't get to your arms or legs.  Don't panic, dogs sense fear.  Do not look him in the eye.  Look away.  You can back away slowly if you're close to somewhere that you can find safety.  If the dog has pierced the skin and you know the owner, ask them for up to date shot records, call animal control and they can help you with this.  If you've been attacked, then a report needs to be filed so that the owners must comply with animal control's requests, whatever they may be.  If the dog has a history, they may take the dog for rehabilitation if it is possible.  If they cannot provide up to date shots, then you'll need to go to the Emergency room and let them know what happened.  They'll know how to handle it from there.  IF at all possible, if you know the owner or address, please provide this to the hospital and animal control.

  10. Gouge its freakin eyes out and bite down on its nose

  11. you try to scare them away by yelling

  12. Get in a bulldozer and run the filthy cur over.  Either that or pee your pants like a little baby and get mauled to death.

  13. Fight him with your shoes!

  14. Kick him real hard to get him off of you and try to punt him when he charges back. Finish him off by crushing his ribs with anything you can find or just stand on him, if he's still yelping give him a people's elbow to the side of the face and hope a)he dies b) you crush his jaw and he doesn't yelp.

    That's about it though.

  15. just run, they are fat dogs, they'll get gassed out fast. If it belongs to someone do not attack it

  16. I used to deliver pizza and one time came face to face with a snarling doberman. I just reacted quickly and threw the pizza at the dog and he ran away. If I even encounter something like this again, I'd do the same thing: throw something at the dog.

  17. throw cold water on it. That shocks the dog and makes it run away

  18. Kick that mutha in the nose

I think they are sensitive there
