What do I do when a dominos employee played in my pizza, delivered it to my home, and the General Manager has no intentions on solving the problem?

  1. Proof, proof, and more proof is desirable!  How do you know what happened to your pizza, are you sure he touched it or was it dropped.  Make sure you have time, date, and at least a description of person who delivered your pizza.  A receipt is even better.  Document EVERYTHING, then call or E-mail (I suggest E-mail) their corporate office.  If you do not get results within a week or two, contact your local health department and complain.  I know that in CA, they have a news channel that you can also contact with these type of problems and they put it on TV; as well as contact the company, employer, and employee.  Most businesses do not like this kind of public attention.  Wish you well and I hope you did not eat the pizza.

  2. you first ask for the names of the people taht worked the ngiht yoru Pizza got messed up. if they ask why say im putting in a formal complaint. If they wont give u the name thats when you say ok well im sure the better business bureau woudl like to here about this. and then call the corporate office then the better business bureau, Wants u mention the better business burea to the corporate office they will attend to u right away. If i knew more of what the pizza looked liek i could give you more details

  3. call another dominos and ask for corporates phone number I guarantee they will solve your problem... you'll probably want to get names though
