Drag his *** back to court, and tell them you haven't been receiving the money. He will likely be jailed, or given a peace-bond. The first is more likely, though, unless he has a really good excuse for being late with the money.

He is in violation.  My friend is going through this now.  She contacted her lawyer.  You can also do it yourself by going to family court.  Ask the receptionist and she will tell you what to fill out.
