What do I do with a bouquet of flowers?

I just recieved a bouquet of flowers from a friend for my birthday. It comprieses mainly of daisies and roses. How do I make it last longer? I'm thinking of making it into dried flowers so can I just leave the bouquet under the sun?

i have heard that to make them longer in the vase is to put bleach in with the water, and then tie the end of the bouquet of flowers with string leaving a hoop and hang them up near a window or something and let them dry out that way. I hope that it works for u

First, spray them down with hairspray.  Next, you can either dry them out by hanging them upside-down or you can just freeze them.  :)
