What do I do with a theif?

Question

The theif may be a 11-13 year old kid because they steal stupid stuff. but it also may not be.

All I want to know is how I can catch them because its getting realy inoying for me and my naiborhood

And yes I can't spell.

Please help me out here!

put something they would steal out and wait till they come.

Organize a temporary neighborhood watch program or try something simple like leaving your outside lights on.

Shoot him/her in the leg, they won't be stealing anymore.

If they're actually stealing property then inform your parents, if the problem persists then police are usually a good option...

Leave something valuable out, and keep a camera on it. Or cover it in some type of permanent dye (something that won't dry) So you can catch them "Red handed"

Turn all evidence into proper officials/police.

Set him up.Since ya can get in trouble if ya lay a hand on him,setup a vidio camera that will be all the proof you need then bring it to the cops.
