What do I do with muscle pains from volleyball?

My legs hurt soooooooooo bad i can barely walk and i have practice this morning and i know its because i didn't stretch enough but is there anything that can make it better?

  1. You need to make your parents aware of your discomfort. Pain releivers and icey hot may help but do not use anything unless your parent know. A massage will help loosen the muscles, you must stretch before practice and games........You will start to loosen up after practice starts also


  2. just put ointments, i experience the same i play badminton

  3. i just started using epsom salt and taking a 1hr bath. It has helped my muscles relax good. Use it a couple times and it will get better.

  4. I can relate to that pain.  After I don;t play for a while I get really sore.  Drink tons of water!!  Keep strechting through out the day.  You can heat and ice your legs before you leave that helps with the pain.  We studied this in biology you actually have lactic acid on your muscles making them sore.
