So... to make a long story short.I have been in love with this guy for over three years. We live very far away from each other and most of our relationship has been long distance. We broke up about 18 months ago but I had the chance to see him again a couple of weeks ago for a couple of days.We met up and had a lovely time together. However, he's back in his hometown and here I am, across the ocean, hoping to find the right answer to my question. The only way for him to have something with me again is if I move to his country, which is something I might be willing to consider. However, this doesn't mean things will work out between us.I am really confused.Any help will be greatly appreciated.I am just ready to throw in the towel and get him out of my life for good.

  1. stay where u are and find someone there.

  2. Follow your heart if you think it will work. Talk to him about it and see if he thinks it'll work.

Hope things work out for ya!

  3. You only live once. If you don't try, as drastic as the step is for you, then you'll never know, will you? If your feelings are mutual and this guy wants you to take this step, you may end up having an experience of a lifetime with the man of your dreams. What's the worst that can happen? It won't work out, it will be disappointing and heartbreaking, and you'll move back.

But this is the time for major life changes, not when you have kids or other serious obligations.

    Go for it!!

  4. i belive that you should do what your heart tells u too do. if your relationship is strong and you guys fell that you can last well i say go for it but if you have doubts that its not gonna last then dont because i think its not worth it to move to a diferent country and start a new life just for a guy.

  5. Sounds like you have your answer.  Since he is your "ex" it should not be a problem.  Just because you have a nice time for a couple days does not mean you have a relationship nor that you ever will have a real one.  Why not just find someone close enough for you to have a real relationship with, instead of dreaming of a fairytale one?
