What do I do with the Hiren's Boot CD file I just downloaded?

I just downloaded a zip file for Hiren's Boot CD and I've unzipped it, but now I don't know what to do with the files. There is an ISO file, but it's iso.rar extension....i unzip that and I don't kno what to do w/ those files. Was i just supposed to burn the iso.rar file to a CD and boot up w/ it? Any kind of guide of what to do once i've downloaded the file would be nice. Please & Thank u.

extract the iso.rar file. burn all the extracted files to a CD. don't put the files into a folder then burn. it won't boot that way. or if you have any programs such as ISO recorder, just select the iso.rar file to burn to a CD. it'll automatically extract and burn.
