What do I do with these Kung Pow Peppers I grew?!?

I'll try to make some sort of veggie Asian dish but I'm a little confused. When you order Kung Pow chicken in a restaurant, the peppers are little and red. The ones I grew are long and green...wondered if anybody had any suggestions.

You could basically use these peppers in any recipe that requires the use of spicy peppers.
