Question:

What do I get from Subway? (diet)?

I don't eat meat. And this may be a little counter-productive, but I NEED Ranch dressing.

So what kind of sub do I get and what do I get on it?

  1. Well I work at subway for about two years now and we have a menue (In Ohio) theres the 6 grams of fat subs.. but those are not cheese included. lol. The lowest calorie or w/e is American... Anndd.. well. certain dressings should be listed on the bane and tell you lowfat or full flavor.. and theres veggies paties ive never had it but they smell super good. and RANCH. we have the LOW fat ranch in salad dressing packs.

    and at my subway we have spinache, lettuce,tomatoe,cucumber,pickel,green pepper, (black) Olive,onioin, banana peppers , jal peppers, and carrots! behh. so yeah =] You can get good food with no meat. And make it a combo with baked or light chips with either diet pop or water! or milk lol.

    So subway is really good and good for you.. we dont have anything frozen veggie wise. and our mayo is low fat

    So yeah


  2. All Subway stores carry the Veggie sub which consist of all the veggies you can choose from..... There are some that even carry a Veggie patty or sometimes known as a Veggie Max. They both are very good with Ranch dressing

  3. You can just get a salad as well...they look very tempting...also wraps although the bread looks seedy...

  4. They have a veggie sub,  green peppers, onions, tomatoes,  its like a salad on a bun   =)

  5. you could get a sub with tomato,cheese,hot peppers,green peppers ranch dressing and black olives..they must hav e vegatarian subs.

  6. Get the Veggie Delite. If your local Subway has low-fat ranch, get that. If not, try the Honey Mustard sauce, which has a consistency similar to ranch but is really low in calories and very yummy.

    Load your sub up with lots of lettuce, peppers, olives, tomatoes, onions, etc. Vinegar is also a great addition. I really enjoy pepperoncinis and jalapenos as well.

    If you're looking to cut fat and calories, it's best to skip oil and mayo. You can skip cheese, but if you're not getting meat... well, you should have SOME protein, right?

  7. You should have a slice of their pizza (but your on a diet). I know the have vegitarian subs. Maybe you should tell us what you like (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, etc.)
