What do I give a cat who has a cold?

There is a stray cat who hangs out at our house who seems to have developed a cold. Constant sneezing & a snotty nose. My kids enjoy having him around and like to pet & hold him. I have my own pets Vet expenses to worry about & can't afford to take this cat to the vet. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help him?

well, first of all keep this animal from getting in contact with the pets you already do have. You don't know what this 'cold' might actually be and its better just to protect your animals. It could be something more serious, and even more so it could be something contagious.
