What do I have to do after some body win the bid for my item in eBay?

This is my first time selling stuff in eBay.Please help me.

wait for their payment, ship it to their verified address. let ups do packaging so it can be insured. unless under 100, then it is automatically covered.

Communicate, communicate, communicate!!  Send the buyer an invoice.  When you receive the payment let the buyer know and let them know when you intend to ship.  Then let the buyer know when you actually ship the item asking the buyer to let you know when they receive the item.  The buyer may not communicate with you at all; believe me, I have had plenty of those.  It doesn't matter, as long as you communicate.  Good luck!
