  1. Its not hard to get abs, if you have a thin layer of fat across your stomach (which most people do) you need to do cardio to lose it or you will never see your abs, thats the main part.  Do ab workouts with resistance, so for instance put a light dumbbell on your chest and put your feet under a couch and do situps, do 2 or 3 sets to failure.  Do that workout once or twice a week and you'll be good.

  2. Getting abs isn't about doing 300 crunches a day or 500 sit-ups. It's about having a balanced workout along with a balanced diet. Do workouts that include cardio, strengthening and things like crunches. Along with that eat foods that are low in sodium, this helps not to gain wait and store belly fat. Fruits and veggies are really good too because they fill you up faster and are much healthier for you. Abs won't come overnight though, you have to keep up a consistent workout and diet to see results. I hope this helps, and good luck!

  3. Crunches, crunches, and more crunches. No need to waste time on gadgets and that c**p they try to sell as ab machines on TV. Crunches every day. Personally I do 300 a day as a closer for my workouts before stretching. 300 is not a lot if you are looking for a 6pack.  6packs are hard work, hence why very few people have them. Try them on the bench, on the floor, on the exercise ball, holding weights and medicine balls, feet on the floor, feet up in the air, hanging by pull up bars crunching your legs up - there are so many varieties you should never have to get bored of doing the same ones over and over.

  4. Sometimes they never come!  A lot of times, actually... Good luck!

  5. Don't listen to the guy above.

You don't need to do 300 a day.

You won't get results from that.

All you need is a full abdominal routine about 2-3 times in a week and a low-cal low-fat/carbs healthy diet. Make sure you try to use weights when your doing crunches. Put the dumbbell behind your head and perform a crunch. Also, for faster results incorporate cardio, but it's not that necessary.
