my life is falling right in front of me(my grades at school). I'm a freshman, i have a 3.16 i think from last semester, and this semester i will probably have a 3.0 or lower. I used to be so good in school, but ever since 6 or 7th grade, i havent done good at all. I used to study all the time for test. But they made 7th/8th grade blowoff years, that i have bad school habits. I never study, I barley do my homework, and I'm lazy. I always say I'll do better next time and don't. Anyone have any tips to get me back in my old ways. Anything helps

  1. Only you can do that, you don't need help you need you.

just think where are you getting with all this and do what you have to do.

There is time for all madness and good times WITH MONEY.

  2. Tell your parents you wanna visit some colleges... I use to be like you until my sister took me to see a bunch of colleges... I was so excited to go (even though I was still young) that it inspired me to work harder... don't you want to go to college? Your grades don't sound too bad... they could be a lot worse

  3. Just do it!  Don't be lazy anymore.  Remember if you want to go to college they are going to be looking at your grades!Good luck.

  4. s*x.  s*x will fix all of that. Go get some.

  5. Maybe you need inspiration, maybe an extra curricular activity or you just need to hit the books. Find a subject that you are really interested in and go with that, eventually things might fall into place. Do not listen to others, because you are the only one that knows why you are not doing well and you can use others help to find out what is causing the problem. Ultimately, it is you that needs to decide whether you are ready to get down to studing or not. Best of Luck!!!

  6. Mm... honestly?

You just have to try harder.

Even if anyone did give you tips, would you follow them?

    And aren't the tips obvious?

Study harder, try harder, and stop slacking.

And stop telling yourself that you'll do better next time.

    REALLY do better.

Eh... hope that helped... I'm in no position to tell you what to do. Sorry. but hey, good luck! :)

  7. Think about it really hard how the world is to day what it cost to live , eat, buy gas etc..... No education and you can just picture yourself broke and living home with your parents forever. I am sure you want more out of your life and just think about how you'll feel when you do it for yourself.

  8. Quit being a procrastinator and do it.  You know what you have to do, so do it! It's only you that you are hurting...only making it harder on yourself later on..Start by setting a time to study and stick with it, you'll fall right back into it once you try.
