What do I have to do to my car?

If I want to make my car look like a street tuner at pretty much the least minimum? Im gonna plan on getting either a mercedes BMW or porsche. How can I turn one into a street racing like car?

You don't have to do anything to make it into a "street racing like car"

Go race it on the street. Then it actually is a street racing car.

And then enjoy the tickets, loss of license etc.

Or, you can do the typical thing, of putting a horrible body kit on it. (make sure you don't paint it), then make sure you rev your engine at absolutely every car you see when you're at a stop light.

That's pretty much the least minimum. Good thing that you want to spend a bunch of money on a Porsche, Mercedes, or BMW, but don't care enough to do a serious job of modifying it......otherwise, someone might actually take you seriously.
