What do I have to study if I want to become a vet for marine animals such as whales and dolphins? Where?

I have no idea if I have to first go to veterinary school and then specialize or if I have to do marine biology and then go for the actual MEDICAL part. And where is a good university for this? I love orcas and people say Canada because orcas are mostly between Washinton State an up. If anybody knows, just tell me the steps that I have to do once I get out of high school, please!!! : S

Take a look at the University of Miami (FL). Get a course catalog and talk with an advisor. Beware though that only about one student in ten graduate with a degree in Oceanography!
