What do I join? Marines or Army?

Parents don't want me to go in the marines cause they say I will die........they want me to be an Army ranger where I would be trained a lot better.......i'm physically fit and can handle either one, but do I defy my parents or do the smart thing??????

Neither.. Join the Air Force.  Marines and Army will send you straight to the frontlines.   If that's what you want to do, go for it.  Both branches are just as bad.

There's only one way to shoot a rifle so it shouldn't matter. Whatever you join you'll be proud of it.
