What do I need, to transfer music from a computer to a motorola V3i? ?

i currently only have the phone, no wires.

You can use a usb cable to connect from your phone to your PC.

But if you do not have the  usb cable or wires you call it,  

you can buy a cheaper card reader to insert your micro SD card in

and insert to a pc to download the music.

once the music is downloaded, you can then put your micro SD card back to your phone, and all of the songs are there already ready for you to play.
