What do I need for a new horse?

i'm HALF-leasing a horse at the place I ride and I was wondering what I will need, I don't plan to show and since I'm half leasing I don't have to wory about board, feed, cleaning etc.

I already have:

helmet

boots

chaps

breeches

gloves

a brush or two.

i think i need:

saddle

saddle pads (square and wither, i ride a big english horse)

grooming tote and brushes

stirrups for saddle

a bucket

and a bridle.

is there anything I'm missing? And how much in total do you think the things I need are?

Just to warn you i would not use a fly mask flys can get stuck in the mask and could cause a horse to go blind it has happened before

You realy dont need boots unless you plan on gameing your horse. Usualy if your half leasing a horse tehy will let you sue there tack so I would ask about that. also the owner of the horse should have most of teh stuff you say you need so im sure they will let you use your there stuff. If not I wouldnt recomend useing this horse for a half lease becuase what is going to happen is that you will end up with a girth, horse shampoo, brushes and all taht stuff that once teh lease is over you may never use again unless you plan on elasing or buying anouther horse.

ask the person who owns him if u will be able to use his/her tack. u will need your own riding clothes and brushes, but a lot of times with half-leases, the owner provides lots of stuff
