  2. Depends where you are coming from. If it is the US then all you need is your passport if it is for a trip less than 3 months. If longer then yes, you would need a visa or if you are planning on immigrating there. There is no medical required. Coming from Europe (EU) then even less restrictions. Coming from the UK you don't even need a passport just Photo ID.
