What do I need?

I have a 1999 Ford Expedition with factory premium sound and factory radio. What do I need to install an aftermarket head unit. It is different than just the wiring harness because the premium sound package comes with a factory amplifier to power the speakers.Has anyone done this before?

my 2000 navigator is just the same, youll need a wiring harness, the faceplate, and an antenna.
