  1. Congratulations on turning 16. The only thing's you need to take when you are going for learners are; your birth certificate, another form of I.D, so they can confirm your name (a keycard does the job) and the money to pay for your learners when you pass =] Perhaps reading glasses if you need to use them whilst reading a computer screen. Make sure you go about 30 Minutes before the test, because there is a paper that you need to fill out and also, if you go early and someone else has pulled out, you move up the queue.

    To book, do a few practice runs and get all the times you should go to;

    Also, though I'm sure one of them is driving you, make sure you have a parent with you.

    Good luck. Happy practicing.

  2. Well Rosie, that all depends on where you live and will be taking the test...and usually it's no later than 4pm I believe, but like I said, it depends on where you live. I would call the local office and inquire there! Good luck to you on getting your permit!

  3. Well happy birthday :)

    Just yesterday i went for my learner permit.

    I had to bring my student ID, my bank card (or something with your name and signiature on it) and a bank statement (or something that has your address).

    It was pretty easy.. as long as you practice on the 'RAA' website you should be fine. :)

    Good luck!
