What do I need to do about getting "fatal exception occured" error while usingYahoo Music?

Question

The first few days I used it were great and then I started getting fatal exception errors and the program would lock up. I have tried to follow all the suggestions I could find on Yahoo Help but nothing seems to work. I have reinstalled 3 times and now during installation I get "exception thrown and not caught" message.

I too have been having the same problem since November 16,I have continued to try to get help from yahoo technical support, they have no answers, I have spent 12 hours doing everything they have asked me to do and it still does not work. I have asked for a refund but they do not think I will be able to get one. Apparently they do not give refunds. So I have spent $74.00 for a service that does not work. What a bunch of c**p.

me too i get fatal exception error0x00000005 ive lost all my down loaded cd s and cant get anything out ov the jukebox  i think it has damaged somthing in the pc thanks yahoo for nowt,
