My b*****s have begun leaking a little. It's not too bad and I bought pads. But if the colostrum is the first thing to come out, and that is the part that is full of antibodies and all that good stuff for the babies. Do I need to be expressing the milk now and freezing it? I am 36 weeks pregnant with twins, and it is still gonna be a couple more weeks until my c-section. Am I concerned over nothing?

  2. NO. Do not pump. Pumping can stimulate contractions and you need to keep those babies roasting as long as you can. There will be plenty left over trust me. Totally normal and nothing to worry over. Good luck and congrats on your wonderful decision to feed your babies the best.

  3. What ur producing now is the premill but it isnt the best part of it only the baby can draw it out. But DONT USE THE BREAST PUMP!! it really can cause contractions its the nipple stimulation that does it. U will have plenty of the premilk for ur babies. Ur body knows to produce the right amount. I'm about to have mine on Tuesday they r going to break my water and I'm going to breast feed as well. So don't worry all will be well. Congrats
