What do I need to do after I finish the league in Pokemon Sapphire?

I have finished the league in pokemon sapphire and now i have no clue what to do....

well their a few things you can do like

get regirock,regice and registeel

go to sky pillar and get rayquaza

if you talk to the tv in your house after you beat the pokemon league then it will say something like a red dragon like pokemon has been seen flying around.this now means you can find latias but it will flee from the battle if you don't use a master ball or have a pokemon with shadow tag,arena trap, put it to sleep or use mean look

erm you can also try and complete your pokedex

enter the contests

train your pokemon to level 100

thats all i can think of

you should continue catching all the other pokemon. also, the pokemon latios will start appearing at random places. you must be always ready with your masterball. you could also repeatedly defeat the elite four so your pokemon would level up until they reach level 100. but to be honest, the game would start becoming boring after deafeating the elite four :p

you can continue with pokemon platinum

Go to Sky Pillar get Raquaza

Find Latias of Latios and get it. ( They like to flee, so have a pokemon that has scary face)

Catch all of the pokemon

Get Regirice, Registeel, and Regirock.
