Ok im going to high school next year and im goin crazy on things i need to do to get in shape for football??So wat exercises should i do and wat foods to eat and not eat??

  1. The Deck O' Cards Workout

    Used by the Navy SEALS and my football team uses it.

    Spade: Pull-ups

    Hearts: Burpees (Look up on Google; to hard to explain)

    Clubs: Push-ups

    Diamonds: Sit-ups

    Joker: 1/4 mile run (2 in the deck)

    Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10 are ten of each kind of excercise. Numbers determine amount of times you do excercise. Try to get done with the whole deck of cards as quickly as possible.

    Remember to shuffle. Don't cheat because you're only cheating yourself.
