What do I need to do to get my internet running again?

I actually posted this question a few days ago and got a bunch of answers that suggested sites at which I can download a program to remove Antivirus XP 2008.

1) The computer in question can NOT connect to the internet, therefore, I wouldn't be able to follow those links.

2) The immediate problem is NOT Antivirus XP 2008. It is restoring my internet access so that I CAN download a real antivirus program.

1.Antivirus XP 2008 is not a virus, its a rogue program.
