What do I need to do to go to College in France, and become a citizenen

I want to go to college in France, and I want to become an French citizen, so who do I need to contact here in thr U.S. And yes, i will be quite fluent in French when I go, and how do I get a job....please and thank you

You might want to contact the french embassy and go to their website.

Normally, it would take 5 years of living in France uninterruptedly to become a citizen, but if you graduate from a French university, that is cut to 3 years, or if you marry a French citizen, to 1 year.  You could get accepted to a French university and get a student visa, but that would not allow you to work.  For most countries, it is much more difficult to get a visa which would allow you to get a job in France.
