What do I need to get for a part time job in a casino?

I will be relocating to Las Vegas from New York within the next year or so. I will have a full time job when I get there but I am also interested in getting a part time job in a casino like either a valet or a card dealer. Is there any type of license or card that I need to work in a casino. I am in my late 40's. Do I need to be a resident of Nevada for a certain length of time. Also how long would I have to go to dealer school to get a certificate. How long does it take & how much does it cost. Any info on these matters will be appreciated. Thanks.
