What do I need to get online with the Wii?

Youll need to have internet. If your internet provider has given you a wireless modem then just go to the wii settings, click on internet, scan, and either if you modem is blocked youll need to put the key in for the wii to reach that access point. same thing if u have a wired modem just buy a wireless router and connect and follow the instructions as needed.

If you want the internet to be wired from the wii, buy wii lan adapter, a longer networking cable and plug it in to the modem. if theres only one enthernet port, buy a wired router to plug in the cable from the wii.
