Question:

What do I need to know/do to get into the home foreclosure market???

Are there any "free" sites out there to get information? If it is a "courthouse" sale, will there be a minimum amount of money I'll have to pay? Can I buy it before the auction? How would I go about that? Please help! I am a very confused single, middle-aged woman with limited resources! I could afford to pay 20-25 percent down. I just don't want to get ripped off!

  1. You get the list of foreclosures free at your County Recorder's Office. They will help you.

The problem is that you must pay cash at the foreclosure sale. Cash in 24 hours. No loans.  No one has that much money so no one bids at the auction. /
