What do I need to know to make sure I purchase a good quality swimming pool filter???

My current filter cracked due to what I believe was to much pressure.

hayward is usually a great brand to buy any type filter off of i like the sand filters but you need to know how big the pool is to know which size filter you need to get to properly keep your pool clean.

First of all...what type of filter do you want?...D.E....sand...cartridge?....

Secondly,check out the warranty...some have 10 year tank warranties and 3 year on the parts inside.
