Please clarify... do you mean boarding kennel?  Training kennel?  What kind of kennel are you referring to?

www.sheltie-list.com, www.sheltie-world.com, and www.sheltiegenes.com are good sites for shelties.  You can join these sites and ask questions from people who breed, show and own shelties, and you will get a lot of good advice.

Do you mean breeding. boarding, training?  Most are governed by the department of agriculture. If you mean breeding it takes years to get the right dogs and get them shown and qualified to breed.  If you mean to shelter them for a rescue call a rescue group and they will lead you.  But do as much studying as you can for the next year!

By Rates i am assuming you mean to board? it dpeends on what your area is going for and what you have that is special like cage free like day care like exercise areas..
