What do I need to put my tax in?

I have 3 out of 4 group cert ( i rang the other emplyer but they are not answering there phone, I am not sure what to do?? as I really need the money- if i do get any back).

What should I take to the tax man to get the most money back?

lol - I like your disclaimer "if i do get back any"! i wouldn't count on getting a refund if you really need the money.

you need your group cert (i think they are now called PAYG summaries).  Have you tried etax yet? because some details have been provided directly to the ATO and it comes "pre-filled" for you?  you can get etax on at www.ato.gov.au
