What do I need to put on Employee Proof of Income letter for an apartment?

One of my employees who is a contract worker needs a letter stating their income for an apartment complex. What is the proper format of such a letter? What else might she need? Any and all comments and suggestions are welcome.

  1. It just needs to be on company letterhead, state the date of hire, the position, compensation, your signature and contact information.


  2. You should also include their year to date earnings.
