What do I need to start a dog grooming shop?

Look I have groomed dogs before. I meant what tools to I need. I don't think I need to be certified because I live in the country and nobody cares about that.

Well even though it is a great idea to get certified as a pet grooming there are no laws in the United States that require you to be licensed, how do you think they find all those groomers for Petco and PetsMart? First you need to be properly trained as a groomer. Training includes how to handle pets who are frightened or excited. You will also need to get a local business license and insurance. A good groomer will use the best equipment,not the least expensive.
